A: If you are using Olive products to read your newspaper and/or magazine you are likely an end user. Also, if you do not make payments to Olive for your subscription content but rather to a newspaper and/or magazine publishing company, you are most likely an end user.
Olive generally does not provide direct end user support (although you may find helpful information in the below FAQs). Please contact your newspaper and/or magazine’s customer service directly; contact format will vary but can usually be found on the newspaper/magazine web site.

On any device, you can click the tabs with arrows. They are on the left and right side of the window.
You can also swipe left and right on a touchscreen or using your mouse.

The “Ads” button at the left opens a Table of Contents. Select any section and article to jump to it. Click “X” to close.
In addition, at the bottom of the window, there is a breadcrumb menu showing you what section and story you’re in. Tap/Click the section or story name to select a section from the list, or another story within the active section to move there.
On a desktop or tablet, you can use your mouse to click and drag, or use the mouse-wheel to scroll the news page. To magnify, you can use the zoom-in/out buttons on the toolbar or single-click anywhere on the page.
On a tablet or smartphone, tap and drag to move the page, pinch/zoom in magnify in or out.
Double-click on the article or crossword to open it in a printable window view, then select the “print” icon on the top right corner. You can also use the crop tools to crop it out of the layout.

Yes. Once in the article level view, you can click the arrow buttons to see the previous and next articles, respectively Also, if you’re reading on a widescreen monitor, you can also choose from a list of stories in that section in the right side panel.
Yes. Look for the share buttons on the article level pages. You can share via email, Facebook, and Twitter.
The e-Edition presents the daily edition newspaper as it was printed and may include some e-Edition only sections and pages. Occasionally, we may publish sections, editions or multimedia enrichments later in the day.
The left-hand rail will provide updated headlines, by section, throughout the day.
Yes. On the article view, you can increase or decrease font size using the font size icons, or on tablets and phones you can pinch/zoom to resize.
In the replica view you can zoom in and out by either single clicking or by using the zoom controls in the main menu bar. On mobile devices you can pinch/spread to zoom in and out.
Yes. You can change to a grid view of articles by clicking the “Dynamic” view or switch to a list or newsfeed view by clicking on the “Digest” button in the toolbar.
Once a section or article has been selected, the right panel displays a list of all the articles in the section. If the screen size is small (such as on a phone), the right panel is collapsed automatically.
This panel is for advertising and supplemental content such as Table of Contents, links to other publications, news feeds and more.
The section can be collapsed by clicking the X in the top of the panel. If the screen size is small (such as on a phone), the right panel is collapsed automatically.
The panel can be reopened by clicking the transparent “TOC” or “Updates” button at the far right or left.
